I founded JACS with a focus on doing what’s best for others. The roles I recruit are primarily Sales, Professional Services, Tech, and Marketing.

My experience as a recruiter and seller at LinkedIn helps bridge the digital gap between growing companies and a qualified talent pipeline.

About Jon:

I attended the University of Dayton where I studied Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and had the opportunity to run a million dollar student run business during those years.

I started my career with LinkedIn in their Business Leadership Program where I worked on the recruiting team and then moved into multiple sales roles supporting Search and Staffing firms.

I have spent my career selling both software and consulting services at organizations ranging from Pre- IPO tech startups to large public organizations. I am an entrepreneur at heart with a passion for helping and building into others.
